Your most valuable asset when you set out to purchase real estate in Buenos Aires are time and money. My aim is to assist you in both these areas by working through the process with you in a consistent and established manner. Each step will be outlined in the introductory session and you can be assured that all legal and procedural matters will be adequately covered.
My experience in purchasing property has convinced me that the process can be simplified. After researching the whole experience, I have successfully assisted other expatriates to achieve their own goals in this area in a limited time.

You have my personal assurance that I will work in your best interests at all times and make clear every step of the process. . Please note that I work independently as the best property finder in Buenos Aires and will only serve the best interests of my clients. My fees are very competetive and I work the hardest for my clients to assist them to find the best property at the best price.
The necessary banking procedures will also be outlined for you enabling you to make the best possible decision in arranging the transfer of funds. Further assistance will be offered in selecting an appropriate Escribano (notary lawyer) and, where appropriate, an accountant or other professional. These people will reassure you on the legality and cost effectiveness of your purchase and you will know that your money and property are being cared for at all times.
Further assistance can be offered should you require permanent residency and sometimes the first steps can be taken on your first visit to enable them to be completed in your country as quickly as possible.

My Real Estate Consultancy Services Include:
- Assistance with the Real Estate purchasing procedure
- Seeking out and prioritizing properties that fulfill your requirements
- Contacting agents and making appointments for inspections
- Negotiating and advising on appropriate offers and negotiations
- Assist in obtaining necessary tax number (a CDI is required for tax purposes before purchasing a property in Argentina)
- Support with the opening of a Bank Account and consult on fund transfer procedures
- Offering a list and introducing an appropriate Escribano who will advise on title and legal issues relating property selected and draw up contract for purchase
- Offering a list and introducing an appropriate Accountant who will advise procedures concerning your yearly tax bill documentation
- Where appropriate, advise or act on your behalf in buying furniture and fittings and arrange plumbers; electricians; carpenters and decorators
