Recoleta Properties

Recoleta is the upmarket, ‘old-money’ neighborhood of Buenos Aires, with many fabulous old mansions and wonderful, luxury hotels dotting the streets, in addition to upmarket cafes, restaurants and major label designer shops. It includes the famous Alvear Avenue, possibly the richest street in the city (and home to the Jockey Club), and Recoleta cemetery, a remarkable place where rich and famous Argentines are laid to rest in magnificent mausoleums (including Evita).     I’m looking at moving to Buenos Aires from the USA and was wondering if your banks offer mortgages, or if all your properties are paid for 100% upfront. Do sellers offer financing?
