Upcoming Areas of Buenos Aires

Of course, there is much more to Buenos Aires than the famous name barrios of Palermo, Recoleta and San Telmo. There are many up and coming areas which offer just as much as there more famous neighbors, and from a property purchasing point of view, often at much better value. And of course, Buenos Aires is such an easy city to get around by bus, taxi or subway, that the rest of the city is still very much accessible from these areas. The barrios/areas that I see as most promising as of now are Boedo, Villa Crespo, Almagro, Parque Centenario, Congreso, Caballito and Coghlan . Here are some property selections from these areas:
